Dorje Drolo Drubcho
In November 2023, Gyamtso Ling hosted its inaugural drupcho over a two-week period, following the recent opening of the center.
A drupcho is a profound practice in Tibetan Buddhism, involving intensive group rituals and prayers. It’s a time for the community to come together, engaging in deep meditation, recitations, and extensive offerings. The purpose is to accumulate merit, purify negativities, and invoke blessings.
This particular drupcho was a Dorje Drolo drupcho, held in accordance with the Dudjom Tersar tradition, and presided over by Namkha Rinpoche.
