Empowerments of Dudjom Lingpa

This will be the second consecutive retreat where Rigdzin Namkha Gyatso Rinpoche will continue bestowing empowerments of Dudjom Lingpa. This is a rare opportunity for practitioners of the Dudjom Tersar lineage to receive many lineage empowerments at once. The empowerments and the necessary preparations require a significant amount of time, which is why this special retreat will last for two weeks, longer than usual.

Place :

Starting from 2017 our summer retreats are held in Gatsel Ling’s land in Rusėnai village (30 km away from Vilnius, near Dūkštos town). The retreat will be organized in a genuine Tibetan way, in an open air camp conditions: teachings and practices will be carried out in a large tent, and the participants will be staying in their own tents.

We can organize a lift from Vilnius airport to retreat place on your coming and back to airport from retreat place after retreat will end. Just leave us a note in registration form if you need one.

It is also possible to fly to Kaunas airport and then transfer with a bus to Vilnius where we can pick you up. Here is a link to convenient bus service which departs directly from Kaunas airport and goes to Vilnius (and back).

On site there will be everything you need for a comfortable camping:

– vegetarian meals 3 times a day;
– open air shower cabins;
– hot water for tea and coffee;
– electricity to charge electric appliances;
– open air toilet cabins;
– a fireplace;
– stunning sights of Dūkšta creek, where one can also take a bath.

Retreat begins :

On Sunday, June 22, 9:00 AM.
You are advised to come to Rusėnai on 21 of June, so that you would have time to build your tent and help prepare retreat site for meeting the Lama. Meal and camping on 21st of June are included in fee.

Retreat ends :

On Saturday, July 5, 6:00 PM

Fees :

• 800 € – Adult
• 750 € – Rigdzin Community member
• 600 € – Second family member of the Rigdzin Community member
• 100 € – Child 4-15 y.o.

Price per day for those, who will participate only in the part of the retreat: 60 € – Adult; 55 € – Member of the Rigdzin Community; 45 € – 2nd adult family member of the Rigdzin Community member; 7 € – Child 4-15 y.o.

Vegetarian meals, camping place, teachings included.

All collected money that will exceed retreat expenses will be dedicated for construction of gompa in Rusėnai village.
